the hotel provided excellent facilities for a relaxed holiday with my family. we enjoyed a delicious meal on the patio upon arrival it was a good start. the staff were polite and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. i would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family it was really good.
the shuttle service could run more frequently i ended up taking taxis a couple of times. a pick-up point in tasso square would save a short uphill walk.

The hotel staff were cute. The reception, bar, breakfast, and pool teams were helpful. The pool area has ample sun loungers and shaded areas. Breakfast featured a diverse selection of foods. A shuttle bus provides convenient transport to town. It ran frequently and was always on time (this made exploring very easy).
The gym requires a paid appointment (it also limits access to one hour only).

The breakfast buffet included many options, with the restaurant staff keeping everything well-stocked and clean. Evening meals sometimes missed the mark (but the convenience made up for it), so eating in town was a good alternative.

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus drivers were pleasant and punctual. Staff quickly addressed any concerns (the team worked hard).

The views were amazing, especially from the terraced area. Mount Vesuvius looked so imposing. I liked the shuttle bus service into the town. It ran regularly and was convenient. Breakfast provided many options. The staff was consistently friendly and always ready to help.
